Who runs CCZ
President
Mark is a martial artist with 15 years in the arts and 4 years in business. He works with fighters and athletes every day, and owns and runs his own gym. Seeing a clear gap in professionalism across Irish combat sports, he built Capital Combat Zone through strategic sourcing and a fighter-first mindset — with the goal of making CCZ the biggest and best-run sports promotion company in Ireland.
Director of Media & Public Relations
Darragh is an active MMA fighter and a black belt in karate who has been training since the age of 4. Across 17 years in martial arts he has competed in hundreds of competitions, giving him an insider understanding of the athlete journey. He is also a social media influencer with a large following, making him the natural lead for CCZ media relations and content management.
